A. Registration will begin in early September. Register by Oct. 30 to enjoy a discounted registration rate. STS members save even more. Registration includes access to the recorded meeting content which will be available approximately one month after the event. This provides a subsequent opportunity to earn significantly more continuing medical education credit beyond what you can earn during the live event. Ticketed events are available at an additional cost to in-person registrants.
Q. What is the registration cancellation policy for the STS meeting?
A. The meeting Society does not refund any registration fees in case of cancellation or change of registration category by the participant.
Q. What are my options if my preferred hotel is unavailable?
A. Hotel rooms offered at discounted event rates are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The online system reflects real-time availability and booking options during your search.
Q. Is there a waiting list for sold-out hotels?
A. No, there is no waiting list available. If a hotel is sold out, you will not be able to make a reservation or join any waiting list.
